For over a decade dedicated to the Hospitality industry, Mr. Chí has relentlessly strived for success and advancement, progressing from the position of a service staff to becoming the Restaurant Manager at renowned 5-star hotels in Hanoi. He has actively cultivated practical knowledge in food & beverage, customer care, and fine dining service standards. While working at GU, he has contributed to the team training, gained customers’trust and affection, and delivered exquisite dining experience to all diners.

Chef Dương brings over 8 years of experience working in renowned steakhouses in Hanoi. His profound understanding of various types of beef and exceptional skills in handling and grilling beef set him apart. Additionally, Chef Dương is a dedicated learner, continuously honing his skills day by day. While working in GU’s kitchen, Chef Dương has had the opportunity to work with talented Michelin-starred chefs, enhancing his culinary expertise and embracing the challenges of delicate fine dining cuisine.
