A new chapter begins at GU, we’re thrilled to collaborate with Michelin Chef Hervé Rodriguez as our new Consultant Chef. We met Chef in his private and intimate Dining room during our business trip in Saigon. We were 10 people gathering around a long table and savoring his cuisine, everyone continuously went from one surprise to another and bursting with excitement to discover the whole set menu. We had a talk with Chef and we shared interesting stories about our passion, and enthusiasm of the F&B life. Then we found our common aspiration to deliver the most impressive and unique dining experience for Vietnamese gourmet lovers through finest ingredients selection from different regions of the world.

Each ingredient comes with its specific story, and under the skillful hand, the top-notch techniques of the Chef to bring out their purest flavors.
This April, Chef Hervé will bring a new look to our menu which is a remarkable milestone of GU. Join us in our exclusive event to welcome Chef Hervé and discover the world of finest cuisine.
