If Grattamaco is the first Tuscan wine to feature Bolgheri on its label, and its quality can be compared to Italian wine legends like Sassicaia, Ornellaia, and Guado al Tasso, then Poggio di Sotto is indeed the most precious gem of Castelnuovo dell’Abate – a village renowned for its top-tier and most expensive Brunello wines in the world.
