Food and Beverage Attendant

We are looking for skillful F&B Attendants to deliver fine dining services to our customers. You are the one who uplifts customer’s dining experience. If you possess a patient and perseverant personality to thrive in this position, we look forward to hearing from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
- Share your menu knowledge to assist customer with enquiries and special requests
- Communicate accurately any additional meal requirement, allergy and special request to the kitchen.
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverage to customer.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability.
- Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order.
- Check on customer frequently to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
- Present physical and accurate bill to customer and process payment.
- Set up table in accordance with special function, event and service standards.
- Ensure cleanliness in service area throughout the day.
- Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Be neat and multitasking, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active and effective communication skills
- Collaborative spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Degree in hospitality or restaurant management, food safety training is a plus.
- Good command of English
